Ingredients
14 ounces imitation or fresh crab meat
½ white onion, diced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
4-5 tablespoons all purpose flour
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients adding the flour last.
- Next, scoop a handful of the crab meat and form into a rounded yet slightly flattened shape about 3 inches round.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with about 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
