Ingredients
all purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup oil
½ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, sift 1-½ cups flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl whisk together oil, milk and egg. Add flour mixture and combine until smooth.
- In a small bowl combine butter, cinnamon, about ¼ cup flour and mix together until crumbly.
- Next, pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Sprinkle the top with the cinnamon crumbles.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick or fork inserted comes out clean.
