This melt-in-your-mouth meatloaf recipe has quickly become my absolute favorite. Before discovering it, I wasn’t particularly fond of meatloaf. Perhaps I hadn’t stumbled upon the right one. After experimenting with various recipes, I finally found the best. Trust me, this is the ultimate meatloaf experience.

Moist Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1-1/2 – 2 lbs. ground beef
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 chopped onion
2 beaten eggs
2/3 cups bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl break up the meat. Season with paprika, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, salt, onions and combine.
- Next, add eggs, bread crumbs and milk. Mix well to incorporate all of the ingredients well.
- Place in a slow cooker and form into a loaf shape. Slow cook for 5-6 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160 F.
- SAUCE: In a bowl combine, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well until smooth.
- One hour before the meatloaf is done, spread sauce over the top. Remove any excess fat with a baster and discard.
- Remove and leave to rest about 10 minutes then serve.

Notes
- It can be baked in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. It may not come out as moist but the flavor will be just as good.
